Q: What size will fit me?
Please refer to the instructions on our Sizing Information page to find your shoe size. There is comprehensive sizing information with each shoe on our website, this will help you to choose the right size.

Q: What is your returns policy for shoes?
A: RETURNS POLICY
If you have had your worn your shoes for 30 days or less and there is a problem with the shoe due to a manufacturing defect we will replace your shoes. We do not give refunds for manufacturing defects.

If you your shoes are the wrong size and they have not been used apart from trying them on for size, we are happy to swap them for a different size of the same model of shoe provided you return them within a week of purchasing them.

Q: What if a product is not in stock or a product is not in stock in my size?
A: ORDER A NON-STOCKED PRODUCT
We are happy to order products we do not have in stock directly from our suppliers if they are available. Use our contact form to enquire if the product or size of the product you want is available.
